Whilst we think you’ll love your purchase, if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must –

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in the original packaging, with all parts returned.
• Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you of its receipt. Your product will then be inspected and we will contact you again to advise of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment).

Your credit will be processed within 5 business days, but please allow a further 1-3 days for the funds to appear in your account, dependent on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for any postage charges costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a product other than that you purchased, please follow the above instructions for item return and create a separate order for the alternate item.
