Holiday Closure & Extended Returns Notice 

We will be closed for the holidays from December 20th 2025 to January 4th 2026. Any returns requested or received during this time will be processed when we reopen. To accommodate this closure, our return window has been temporarily extended to 60 days from the date of delivery, for all orders placed November 17th 2025 onwards.  

You are welcome to lodge a return request at any time, but please note that no refunds or assessments will be actioned until our team returns.

For items that aren’t the right size/fit or simply aren’t what you were seeking, you have 30 calendar days, from the date of delivery, to return them.

Please email enquiries@vorgee.com, within this time so we may provide a Return Authority Number. Where the product is not faulty, you are responsible for the costs of postage and assume any risk of goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has been received, we will process within 3 business days and notify you via email once this has been done. Please allow up to a further 5 business days for funds to be seen on your payment method. 

To be eligible for return, the item must:

• Be unworn/unused and in the same condition you received it 
• Be in the original packaging, with all parts included 
• Include the proof of purchase
