Return Policy

Holiday Closure & Extended Returns Notice 

We will be closed for the holidays from December 20th 2025 to January 4th 2026. Any returns requested or received during this time will be processed when we reopen. To accommodate this closure, our return window has been temporarily extended to 60 days from the date of delivery, for all orders placed November 17th 2025 onwards.

We hope you love your Vorgee purchase, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Change of Mind Returns 

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received 
  • In original packaging, with all parts included 
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase 
  • To arrange a return, please email enquiries@vorgee.com for a return authority number and return postage details. 

Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can either:

  • Arrange your own return shipping, or
  • Have Vorgee arrange return shipping* for you at a cost of $10 for small items or $15 for bulky items (advised at the time of return request).
    *If you choose this option, we’ll supply a return label and deduct the charge from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. 
  • Depending on your card issuer, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for funds to appear. 

Exchanges 

We don’t offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order and process your original item as a return.

Faulty Items 

If you believe your product is faulty, please email enquiries@vorgee.com with details and our team will assist you.
