At Vorgee, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
2025 Christmas Warehouse Closure
We will be closed for the holiday season from December 20th 2025 to January 4th 2026. All orders received after 12pm (AEST) December 19th will be processed within 2-3 business days of our return in the new year.

- Standard Delivery: $10
- Express Post Delivery: $15

Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days from dispatch (metro areas typically 3 to 5)

Express Post: 1 to 3 business days from dispatch
Orders received before 10am (AEST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day via Australia Post, Aramex, or Direct Freight. We aim to ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days of receipt, though occasional delays may occur during peak trade periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
Authority to Leave
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. If you’re not home, Australia Post (or the nominated courier) will leave your parcel in a safe place. Please nominate a delivery address where there is a suitable place for your parcel to be left.

Warehouse Operations
Please note that our warehouse and dispatch teams operate Monday to Friday, excluding all national and Queensland state public holidays. Our warehouse is closed for approximately two weeks over the Christmas holiday season.
