Shipping Policy
At Vorgee, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Delivery Options & Costs
- Standard Delivery: $10
- Express Post Delivery: $15

Free Standard Delivery: All orders over $150
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days from dispatch (metro areas typically 3 to 5)

Express Post: 1 to 3 business days from dispatch
Orders received before 10am (AEST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day via Australia Post, Aramex, or Direct Freight. We aim to ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days of receipt, though occasional delays may occur during peak trade periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
Authority to Leave
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. If you’re not home, Australia Post (or the nominated courier) will leave your parcel in a safe place. We recommend including your best parcel-hiding spot in the order notes. If you prefer signature on delivery, please let us know in your order notes.

Warehouse Closures
Please note that our warehouse closes for all national public holidays, and Queensland state public holidays.
Christmas 2025: We will be closed for the holiday season from December 20th 2025 to January 4th 2026. All orders received after 10am (AEDT) December 19th will be processed when we return in the new year.
